BioI love my fandom. I hate my fandom. This is where I go to bitch about it so I can maintain some bare-bones level of civility and tolerance everywhere else. This isn't my happy place, it's my venting place. It's where I use the word "cunt" freely and joyfully.
I don't believe in trolling other people's LJs, guestbooks, or message boards, no matter how stupid, delusional, humorless, attention-whoring, or lacking in talent they may be. On my own LJ, however, all bets are off. I'll ridicule your ass (or collective asses) as I see fit here.
Don't like? Don't fucking read. That's not a hard concept to grasp.
Sure, I hate it when brainless fangirls use DL?DR! as a way of staving off any negative commentary on their crappy "Hermione changes over the summer!" fics. But in this case, you have plenty of warning that I'm going to say nasty shit. Chances are very good that while you may agree with some of my rants, or even think they're amusing, you will nonetheless disagree with other rants, or even find them hurtful.
If you don't want to be hurt or offended, go read someone else's journal. Just don't come back and tell me how shocked and indignant you are when you see how fucking mean, judgmental, and foul-mouthed I am. I may be an asshole, but you have a problem with both reading comprehension and Getting the Fucking Point. Guess which problem I'd rather live with?
